Longer rental times are available upon request. If events go over allotted rental time the pricing is pro-rated.

• No outside beverages are to be brought on the premises. Additional beverages are available upon request when arranged prior to the event.

• No latex balloons within 15 feet of the bar.

• All cleanup must be complete before leaving and all items must be removed.

• Date will be reserved at the time of initial payment (50% of rental fee).

• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the event.

• Bar charges are due immediately upon the conclusion of the event.

• Cancellations made prior to 180 days will be refunded. Cancellations made between 60 and 179 days prior to the event are subject to 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations made with 59 or fewer days are subject to the full rental fee.

• Any time overage at the event will be pro-rated.
